Human resources is no longer seen as an administrative function. Companies now recognize the strategic value of managing their most valuable assets – their people. The sector is increasingly moving towards technology and analytics. There is a greater opportunity to measure and analyze employee data to better inform business decisions and manage people. As a result, there are new opportunities in the field for those interested in these new areas of specialization.
