Work Culture Differences in Canada

Maha Al Amin, a graduate of ACCES Employment’s Human Resources Connections program, experienced work culture differences when she began working in Canada despite her experience working at multi-national companies in her home country of Sudan. She shared some of the small things that she learned on the job in Canadian workplaces.  

“What really matters is focusing on the role itself… how you manage relationships with people is the same everywhere.”
